Elvis Tsang
Elvis Tsang is a co-founder of Prime Academic Consultancy. He attended La Salle College and later graduated in Global Business and Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Elvis plays a crucial role as an educator, specializing in interview and speaking training. He founded Speaker Academy with the aim of inspiring students to develop high-order skills in critical thinking, speaking, reading, and writing.
He has made valuable contributions to various press interviews, sharing his expertise in public speaking techniques and overseas admissions, including RTHK, South China Morning Post, The Standard, and other similar publications.

Harrogate Ladies' College 是一所位於英國約克郡北部的女校，環境治安良好、富裕、文化多元。這是是一所只有約300人的學校，HLC招收11-18歲的日校和寄宿女學生。而旗下的Highfield Prep School 和Bankfield Pre-Prep在1999年成立，招收2-11歲的男女學生，Prep School 也在學校範圍內，三所學校完全融合在一起，提供無縫銜接的教育體驗。HLC每所學校都有相同的教學精神、同一個校園、同一個理事會和同一個校長。正正因規模不大，這種聯合可以確保學生從幼年時期到青春期都接受到最好的教育及最完善的照顧。學校提供英國會考（GCSE）及高考（A-levels）課程，除傳統科目外，亦提供攝影、戲劇、紡織等新興科目選擇。學生在公開試表現不俗，2022-2023 年英國高考（A-Level）A*-B 達 68% 至 69%，當中過半數的 A* 均來自 STEM 科目，另外語言及創意科目的成績亦同樣出眾。畢業生大多在羅素大學集團（Russell Group）旗下的研究型大學繼續學業， York、Newcastle、Sheffield 等都是常見的大學選擇，反映畢業生的學業水平良好。
