Elvis Tsang is a co-founder of Prime Academic Consultancy. He attended La Salle College and later graduated in Global Business and Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Elvis plays a crucial role as an educator, specializing in interview and speaking training. He founded Speaker Academy with the aim of inspiring students to develop high-order skills in critical thinking, speaking, reading, and writing.

He has made valuable contributions to various press interviews, sharing his expertise in public speaking techniques and overseas admissions, including RTHK, South China Morning Post, The Standard, and other similar publications.
